Method:


  1. Take a Muffin Baking Tray and push a slice of bread into each of the 6 holes, creating a base layer.
  2. Add the Turkey Bacon in above that, then a serving of cherry tomatoes.
  3. Crack an egg into each of these six, pre-heat the oven to 180C and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
