  • 20-30g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Onion + Garlic Powder
  • Salt + Pepper
  • 150-200g Chicken Breast - diced
  • Egg white
  • Small bowl of Soy Sauce
  • Cucumber Sticks


  • Calories: 295kcal
  • Protein: 40g
  • Carbs: 15g
  • Fats: 2g
  • Fibre: 1g


  1. Preheat your oven to 200C.
  2. Tip the breadcrumbs into a small bowl and add the onion granuals, garlic powder, pepper and salt then mix together.
  3. Next, dip the chicken breast into the egg white then immediately into the breadcrumb mixture and finally set onto a baking tray.
  4. Scatter any remaining breadcrumbs and pop into the oven for 25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve with some soy sauce and cucumber sticks.
