Healthy Chilli With Protein Pasta

Rich and flavoursome chilli with just a smidgen of the fat of regular chilli, served on high protein pasta!

  • Calories: 281kcal

  • Carbs: 18g
  • Fats: 5g


  1. Brown the mince in a small amount of olive or coconut oil.
  2. Then add the red onion, bell peppers, garlic and chilli and fry until softened.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, stock cube, Worcester and BBQ sauce and simmer for a minimum of 20 minutes - the longer the better!
  4. Serve on Dr Zak's high protein pasta with a dollop of Greek yoghurt on the top.
