Healthy Sausage Rolls

Method:


  1. Place a garlic cloves, parsley and little seasoning into a blender and whizz briefly.
  2. Take the sausages and remove the skin off the meat.
  3. Push all the sausage meat into the blender with the garlic, parsley mix, add 50 ml of water and blend thoroughly.
  4. Roll out the ready rolled light puff pastry and split it in two so you have two long bits of pastry.
  5. Take half of the meat mixture and spread out on one side of the pastry – repeat on the other half.
  6. Using a pastry brush, egg wash the opposite side then roll and squeeze shut.
  7. Egg wash the whole top and place on a baking tray line with grease proof paper sprayed with low cal cooking spray. 
  8. Place in a preheated oven at 200C for 25-35 minutes until golden.
