Healthy Sweet Potato Fries

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 1tbsp Oil
  • A lot of Paprika
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Black Pepper


  • Calories: 132kcal
  • Protein: 1.6g
  • Carbs: 26g
  • Fats: 2g
  • Fibre: 3g


  1. Top and tail the sweet potato then half it with a sharp knife.
  2. Continue to half the halves until you’ve lots of uniform “chips.”
  3. Grab some cooking oil (cold pressed rapeseed oil) and pour all over the sweet potatoes along with all the seasonings.
  4. Using your hands, mix everything up.
  5. Spread evenly across the baking tray and place in a preheated oven
  6. At 240C, blast the chips for about 25 - 35 minutes until crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.
  7. Serve with some guacamole for a tasty low fat snack.
