    Steaks were tender and very little fat. Peppercorn butter was OK tasted a bit floral. But all in all very good product

    Beef (91.9%), Pink Pepper Corn Butter (8.1%) [Unsalted Butter (Milk), Pink Peppercorns, Four Pepper Mix [Black Pepper, White Pepper, Green Pepper, Red Bell Pepper], Ground White Pepper, Sea Salt.

  • STORAGE & PREP

    STORAGE:

    Keep refrigerated below 5°c. Once opened, use within 24 hours and by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always by the use by date. Once frozen, use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before use. Do not defrost in microwave.

    Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

    COOKING: 

    The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary.

    Remove all packaging before cooking. Leave steaks to stand

    for 10mins at room temperature to allow natural colour to return

    and odour to dissipate. To Fry: Gently heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry steaks over a medium temperature for 4-6 mins (Medium), 6-7 (Well done), turning halfway through cooking time. Once cooked, allow steaks to rest on a warm plate for several minutes. Gently heat the peppercorn butter in the frying pan for 1 minute. Pour the butter over the steak before serving. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
