  • INGREDIENTS

    Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate (35%) (Milk), Milk Protein Concentrate (30%), Egg White Protein (5%)), Ultra Fine Oats (18%), Medium Chain Triglycerides (5%), Skimmed Milk Powder, Flax Seed Powder (2%), Natural Colour (Caramel [Maple Syrup Flavour Only]), Natural Flavour (Flavoured Options Only), Sodium Bicarbonate, Emulsifier (SoyLecithin), Sweetener (Sucralose® [Flavoured Options Only]).

  • TIPS

    • To create the batter add two large scoops of Protein Pancake Mix to 100ml of water in your GN™ Blender Bottle and shake.
    • In a non-stick frying pan heat a small amount of oil (we recommend our GN™ Organic Virgin Coconut Oil) over a moderate heat.
    • Once the pan is heated pour half the batter from your blender bottle to the pan.
    • Cook for approximately 90 seconds, or until golden brown, then flip the pancake over and cook for a further 60 seconds, until the pancake is cooked evenly on both sides.
    • Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy.

    We recommend measuring the liquid accurately for best results. Allow pan to cool between each pancake. Protein Pancake Mix can also be made up with milk. For a thinner crepe style pancake simply add more water or milk. For further recipes ideas and variations see the product page on our website.
