Homemade Healthy Orange Chicken

  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and place into a large bowl.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the chicken except for the half orange, parsley and sesame seeds then marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.
  3. Place a pan on a medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Once warm, add the chicken along with all of the marinade to the pan and cook through.
  5. When the chicken is cooked through, add in the half an orange and stir into the mix along with some freshly chopped parsley.
  6. Serve atop some freshly steamed rice and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
