  1. Pre heat your grill or BBQ to a medium heat.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until everything is well combined.
  3. Next, lift a handful of the mix (roughly 100g) and carefully roll into a ball then press down slightly to form a burger patty.
  4. Repeat until all the mix is gone.
  5. Place the burgers onto the grill and grill until cooked through.
  6. Serve with a fresh, seasonal salad.
