  • 170g Chicken Breast
  • 25g mustard
  • 12.5g honey
  • 1/8 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sweetener
  • 1 portion of wholegrain rice


  • Calories: 277kcal

  • Fats: 2g


  1. In an oven proof juice, add your honey and mustard then squeeze in the juice of the lemon ad add a tsp. of sweetener then mix together.
  2. Butterfly your chicken breast and coat it in the sauce.
  3. Next, place the dish directly into a preheated oven for 25 minutes until cooked through and the sauce is syrupy.
  4. Serve with some wholegrain rice.
