  • 500g MuscleFood Horse Mince
  • 800g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
  • 150g Baby Button Mushrooms
  • 300g Carrots
  • 140g Onion
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1tsp Thyme
  • 1tsp Oregano
  • 1tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2tsp Habanero Sauce
  • Salt + Pepper

  1. Chop your onion into chunks and add to the pan with a little oil along withthe garlic.
  2. Chop the carrots and mushrooms too.
  3. Once your onions are soft and translucent add the mince and cook until it begins to brown.
  4. Add the tomatoes, herbs and seasonings along with the rest of your vegetables.
  5. Add a little water into the tomato can and pour all over this mince.
  6. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
  7. Once thickened, serve with some courgette pasta.
