Indian Spiced Turkey Burgers


  • 150g Turkey Mince
  • 30-50g Paneer Cheese
  • 1/2tsp of Garlic Powder, Turmeric, Ground Coriander, Cumin
  • Dash of Salt and Pepper

  1. Begin with Turkey mince in a bowl and add 30-50g of Paneer Cheese – an authentic Indian cheese!
  2. Add you spices and seasoning then mix together with your hands.
  3. Take an oven proof dish and split the mince into two patties with your hands.
  4. Flatten the patties and place onto the dish before popping under the grill for 10 minutes on each size.
  5. Serve hot with some rice spiced with paprika, courgettes, tomato and aubergines.
