  • 70g ground almonds
  • 70g soya yoghurt
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 1 egg
  • Topping of choice – either Melted 90% Cocoa chocolate mixed with Soya Yoghurt, or slices of Bacon


  • Makes: 2
  • Protein: 50g
  • Carbs: 4g
  • Fat: 49g

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until they are a smooth consistency.
