  • 1tsp. water
  • 1tsp. Soy sauce
  • 1tsp. Sweetener
  • 150g Chicken Breast
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Ginger Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder


  • Calories: 173kcal
  • Protein: 35g
  • Carbs: 1g
  • Fats: 2g


  1. Preheat your oven at 200C.
  2. Make your sauce in an oven proof dish by adding the eater, sweetener, lemon juice, soy sauce and a dash of all the spices then mix together.
  3. Tip in your chicken breast (chopped) and coat well then place the dish in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Once cooked serve with some stir-fried veggies.
