Cooking Your Lamb

  • Diced Lamb

    1. Heat a lightly-oiled frying pan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes
    2. Fry the diced Lamb for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally
    3. Ensure the pieces are cooked thoroughly. This can be done checking if juices run clear when pierced with a fork, and seeing if there is no pink meat in the middle.
    4. Rub some Nandos Lemon & Herb Rub onto the diced lamb and push onto a skewer. Chargrill until cooked and serve in a High Protein Low Carb Pita Bread with a dollop of minted yoghurt.
