Had the maple syrup flavour. Same problem as everyone else re: consistency, but that is easily fixed by halving the amount of water it's mixed with. Looking forward to trying the butterscotch flavour next time. (Posted on 25/08/2017)

Awesome just awesome! taste, texture, ease, everything! top with yoghurt, berries and maple syrup, only complaint is quite expensive especially since I finish them so quick, but a super brilliant product, and a constant re-purchase! Buy the larger bag or you'll be grumpy once they run out! (Posted on 19/03/2017)

I am converted! I make this mix almost every day for breakfast and it's super easy with amazing macros! I use less milk than suggested and pop the mix in my waffle maker and tadah! An amazing quick and easy breakfast! Ordering more asap! (Posted on 29/01/2017)

Was quite apprehensive about these as most protein products taste exactly like that...protein! Was very pleasantly surprised. Got the butterscotch ones & made with less milk than advised or they are too runny. I eat them on their own they are that nice! Just about to order some more! (Posted on 24/10/2016)

We thought we would try this and was quite disappointed, it is much more like the protein powder than pancakes. (Posted on 11/10/2016)

My favourite Protein Pancakes out there Review by Emily

I always have butterscotch so this review is only for that flavour.

I've tried a number of pancakes mixes (including making my own w/cottage cheese, egg whites, oats - which is defo the best) but these are definitely the favourite. I top them with lean smoky bacon and zero cal butterscotch sauce. I mix blueberries in when frying and they are just fabulous.

Other brands (esp bulk powders) do offer a more protein-heavy mix, but unfortunately, like all sweet thaaangs you need the carbs to get a fluffiness and to avoid an overly artificial taste. Lump the extra carb cals, enjoy the fact they're low fat and go to town on these bad boys. The ultimate would be a dollop of butter and smokey bacon.

This mix needs less water than they suggest to make fluffy pancakes, and I recommend keeping them quite small so they're easy to flip. I fry mine in a dry pan (Teflon) and never have sticking issues. The flavour is a teeny bit artificial but this disappears when you add 'real' food like bacon, bluebs to the plate. They're a great way of balancing macros at the end of the day, but aren't super filling. I'm a lady person and find that I need a portion and a half or 2 to make it feel like 'a meal'. However, the controlled macro balance means this is easy to handle!

As always I wish there was a cheap and slow post service as I get through this quite quickly, but always have to hold out for discount codes to save me spending a bomb on postage. If the packed was around £1 less (the smaller one) I think it'd be hard to beat on pricing.. a girl can dream. (Posted on 21/06/2016)

Really nice pancakes. Can be a little difficult to cook with at first as I found you needed less water/milk than suggested on packaging, If you make to watery they certainly don't work well.

Will continue to purchase as its a good little 'guilt free treat' that fits into my macros.

I don't think you need to add as much milk as the mix says if you want fluffy pancakes - I ended up with crepes. So long as its a thick batter they will fluff up nicely! Threw in some dark chocolate chips, and no need for syrup or any extra sweeteners. Tastes amazing with greek yoghurt and good for a little treat/sweet tooth.

Will definitely be buying again! (Posted on 18/01/2016)

Tried these for the first time today. Delicious! They are a happy medium between shop bought and homemade. Yes - they have a little bit of a processed taste but also have the supreme freshness of homemade. They are not chewy or dry and don't leave a strange after taste like some shop bought ones. Will definitely buy again and also can't wait to try other flavours. (Posted on 08/01/2016)

Love how easy these are to make, two scoops in my shaker with almond milk, cook and job done. Taste great on their own or with fruit/low cal syrup. I didn't notice any protein taste, just vanilla goodness. (Posted on 25/10/2015)

Took me a few batches to get these to cook perfectly but once you get the hang of it, they are very easy to make and mess-free! There is a very slight protein powder taste but it's nothing surprising given that they are PROTEIN pancakes... Usually I will add 1 scoop of the mix with 2 egg whites and water and 1 teaspoon of splenda. Might try the butterscotch flavor next time! (Posted on 21/10/2015)

I absolutely adore these! I have the vanilla flavour and use MF crunchy peanut butter and Walden Farms raspberry spread to make PBJ pancakes.

I have made a lot of my twitter followers very jealous with my weekly pictures!

Best pancake mix I've ever found, great macros and perfect everytime. (Posted on 28/09/2015)

I have been trying to find a good breakfast/snack for a while when it comes to things like bar and mixtures. I have had quite a new in the past that were quite powdery/tasted disgusting. But these are amazing. There is a slight protein snack taste in it which I have found you get with most protein snacks unless you want to pay loads of money. They are that good even my girlfriend loves them and she isn't a big shake fan :). Would recommend. I have them with some banana, chocolate or a slight bit of honey (Posted on 18/08/2015)
