A great alternative to peanut butter, tahini is delicious spread on crackers or added to a simple chicken stir fry.

Tahini is naturally high in heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids and surprisingly protein too - each serving contains 5.6g!

    Probably not for everyone this, it does taste a tad bitter...but I personally love it. Great quality, as for price though you can get it a lot cheaper at Morrisons supermarket, so I will probably purchase from there, but product wise it's a great Tahini. (Posted on 26/02/2016)
