This creamy light tahini is as clean as they come, made with roasted, hulled sesame seeds

A great alternative to peanut butter, tahini is delicious spread on crackers or added to a simple chicken stir fry.

Tahini is naturally high in heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids and surprisingly protein too - each serving contains 5.6g!

We bet you didn't know that sesame seeds are something of super seed! They are particularly high in copper and a very good source of calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin B1 and zinc.

You’ll also get a hefty dose of fibre with each spoonful too!

Not sure what to do with tahini? It’s actually an ingredient in hummus! Why not trying making your own by some chick peas, a few tablespoons of tahini and some olive oil for a healthy homemade dip.

    Another hit from Meridian

Probably not for everyone this, it does taste a tad bitter...but I personally love it. Great quality, as for price though you can get it a lot cheaper at Morrisons supermarket, so I will probably purchase from there, but product wise it's a great Tahini.

Good value, great taste. I prefer the dark one though, but it's simply a matter of taste.
