Place the chilli bean tray in the microwave and cook for 2 min.Add the Rice tray and cook BOTH trays together for a further 2 mins. Times are based on using a 900W Microwave at full power. For other microwave wattages, adjust times accordingly. Ensure both trays are piping hot and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. When removing film after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. NOT SUITABLE FOR HEATING FROM FROZEN OR IN THE OVEN.
