  • 15g x VitaFiber
  • 10g x Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Casein

Chocolate Chip Cookies & Cream

  • 10g The Protein Works Cookies & Cream Whey
  • 15g VitaFiber
  • 5g Siesta Carob Flakes

Cinnamon Raisin Cookies

  • 20g Icon Nutrition Vanilla Cinnamon Whey
  • 16g VitaFiber
  • 5g Raisins
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon
  • Chocolate Orange Cookies

    • 10g GoNutrition Chocolate Orange Whey
    • 18g VitaFiber

For the Vanilla Cookie

  • Calories: 60kcal
  • Protein: 7.8g
  • Carbs: 0.2g
  • Fats: 12g
  • Fibre: 11g

Method:


  1. Simply combine together your protein powder and syrup until you have a texture that is stretchy, easy to mould and not too sticky.
  2. Place on a baking tray and shape into a cookie. Feel free to add any other ingredients too, it’s literally this simple!
  3. Bake at 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Depending on your preference, you can keep them softer by baking less, or crisp them up by baking longer. 8 Minutes worked perfect for me.
