Method:


  1. Pre heat the oven to 180C
  2. In a deep bottomed baking dish, place the wraps forming 'bowl' shapes. Put in the oven for 5-7 minutes
  3. In a frying pan place the coconut oil, seasoning and bbq sauce and cook the chicken over a low heat.
  4. In a separate bowl place the avocado, chilli flakes and tomato and mash together with a fork. Season with black pepper.
  5. At the bottom of the wrap 'bowls' place the spinach. Top with the chicken, avocado mixture and yoghurt
  6. Enjoy!
