  1. Peel and dice the onions and garlic.
  2. Chop the chicken into chunks.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the diced onion & garlic and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Add the chicken and ham, then cook for around 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Make your courgette spaghetti using a spiralizer or peeler and add to the pan.
  6. Cook until the courgette is soft. Then add the salt, pepper and parsley.
  7. To make the sauce, break the eggs into a jug and whisk. Add the egg mixture to the pan and stir. Finally add the cheese and allow too cook for a further couple of minutes.
  8. Finish with extra parsley and black pepper.
