  • INGREDIENTS

    Pork (80%), water, crumb (pea flakes), potato starch, salt, emulsifier sodium diphosphate (e450), rice flour, spices, natural flavouring, preservative (e223) (SULPHUR DIOXIDE), flavouring preparation (spice & herb extracts), antioxidant (e300).

  • TIPS

    Shelf Life: 5 days.

    Storage: Refrigerate below 4c and consume within 5 days of receipt.

    Origin: Packed in the UK using Belgian pork

    Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

    Once opened consume within 24 hours.

    Cooking Instructions

    Oven:

    Temperature: Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 190°C

    Time: 20 - 25 mins

    Instructions: Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn occasionally.

    Grill:

    Time: 12 - 16 mins

    Temperature Setting: Medium

    Instructions: Place under a pre-heated, medium grill for 12-16 minutes. Turn occasionally.

    Cooking Precautions:

    All appliances vary these are guidelines only.
    Muscle Food recommends that all meat products are cooked thoroughly.
    Remove all packaging.
    For best results do not prick sausage skins.
    Not suitable for microwave cooking.
