Method:


  1. Place the swede, carrot and parsnip mix into a pot of boiling water and cook until tender.
  2. As that cooks, pour the milk into another pot over a medium heat and sprinkle in the cheese along with the Dijon and garlic.
  3. Give everything a really good stir until the cheese is melted then add the fish pie mix.
  4. Season well then give the whole thing a good stir and leave to simmer.
  5. By now your swede, carrot and parsnip mix should be nice and tender.
  6. Tip the lot into a food processor and blitz into a creamy mash.
  7. Grab yourself a medium pie dish and pour in the fish pie mix and top with the swede, carrot and parsnip mash.
  8. Pop in the oven under a hot grill until the mash gets those lovely crispy bits on top.
  9. Season again with a little pepper then serve with some peas, sweetcorn and runner beans.
