- STORAGE & PREP
Storage: Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack. Once opened, consume with 24 hours. Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally, freeze on the day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking and once defrosted, consume within 24-hours.
