    Just found out that you actually are supposed to only have half the rice otherwise it adds 270 calories,!!!! So annoyed as bought this as a calorie controlled plan and nothing on the card to tell you this ! Same with all the kits . When something has the calories on then that’s what it should be . Needs to be noted that this is not a portion for one
