    • INGREDIENTS

      Soya (Textured Soya Fibre, Isolated Soya Powder, Water, Soya bean Oil, Corn Starch), Tikka Masala Marinade (Yogurt (Cows' Milk), Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Paprika Powder, Salt, Pepper), Single Cream (Cows' Milk), Onion, Water, Tomato, Tomato Puree, Vegetable Oil, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Fenugreek Leaf

    • TIPS

      Hob (Must be defrosted): For best results we recommend heating this meal in a pan. Pre-heat pan on a moderate heat, pour in contents and add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water (optional). Heat until piping hot, approximately 5 mins cooking time.

      Oven, Cooking from frozen: Preheat oven, remove card sleeve and film. Place on a baking tray and onto the middle shelf. After cooking leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

      Microwave: Remove card sleeve, do not pierce film. Halfway through cooking peel back film and stir thoroughly. After cooking, check that food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute and serve. Do not reheat.

      Suitable for home freezing, freeze on day of receipt and consume by the date on the pack. Or store in a refrigerator and use within 5 days. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
