  1. Pre heat oven to 170’c Add all the ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Mix for 1 – 2 minutes.
  3. Scrape the sides and taste to make sure it’s sweet enough. Add sweetener or sugar if you want to.
  4. Mix for another 30 seconds.
  5. Spray a cake tin with spray oil then pour in the cake mixture.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool in the tin for 5 -10 minutes before removing from the tin.
