    This is really nice I just added a tiny bit of black pepper to taste but the mushrooms tasted very fresh.

    Out of all the veggie meals this is my favourite as I'm not so smitten on the soya pieces used in the curry . Would be great if you can create more meals like this , doesn't have to include meat substitute to be a great dish

    Surprisingly excellent. In my top 5 favourite Prepped Pot meal.
    I’m not vegetarian but this is really tasty to be fair. Give it a try!

    Mushroom Ragu (50%) [Mushrooms (35%), Tomato Puree, Water, Diced Carrot, Diced Onion, Garlic Puree, Rapeseed Oil, Vegetable Stock (Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Salt, Vegetables (Carrot, Onion, Tomato), Herb, Sunflower oil), Salt, Sunflower Oil, Paprika, Herbs, Black Pepper, Bay leaf, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid], Soya Pieces (17%) [Rehydrated Textured Soya Protein, Seasoning (Colour: Caramelised Sugar Powder, Flavourings, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Dextrose, Salt, Maltodextrin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, White Pepper], Tagliatelle (25%) [Water, Durum Wheat Semolina], Spinach Leaf (7%)

  • STORAGE & PREP

    Storage: Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack. Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally, freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.

    Cooking
    Microwave only. Not suitable for oven cooking. Cook from chilled: 4 minutes (800W). Cook from frozen: 7 minutes (800W). Loosen lid. Heat on full power. Stir halfway then leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir well before serving.

    Important: All appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Ensure piping hot throughout before serving. Take care on handling hot pot.
