My MuscleFood Account…

How do I set up a MuscleFood account?

We like to make ordering from MuscleFood as simple as possible.

That’s why Your MuscleFood account will automatically be set up upon completion of your first order!

If you will not be in to accept your delivery, we recommend you write a message in the Delivery Instructions of the order page in Your Account detailing a safe place for them to leave your order.

Simply:

  • Choose the items you’d like to buy and add them to your basket
  • Follow the checkout instructions
  • Your MuscleFood account will automatically be set up for you
  • We will email you with your account details.

How can I review my order?

How can I review my order?

Reviewing your order is simple; all you have to do is log onto your MuscleFood account!

Once signed in, select the Future Deliveries tab on the left hand menu.

As soon as you’re through to the Future Deliveries section, click the View the Contents option and this will detail the contents of your order.

From here you can add to or remove anything from your order as you please, although the order must be in the Future Deliveries section of your account for as soon as your order starts to be processed, we are unable to make any alterations.

If you do make any changes and the green Confirm Order button appears, please click this to ensure that the alterations are accepted.

You should then receive a new Pending Order Confirmation email detailing your order.

We would ask that you double check this to ensure everything is correct.

Can I update my personal details?

Updating your personal details with MuscleFood is very straightforward and easy to do via your account.

Once you’ve logged into your account, your account dashboard will appear on screen.

Here you will be able to see all of your personal details including your Referral Code, Loyalty Points, Addresses, Payment Methods and Contact Information.

Should you wish to change any of your personal information, scroll to the section and click the green edit (or manage addresses) to the right of the light blue heading.

From there, simply follow the on screen instructions to amend your information and click save.

How do I update my delivery address?

Shipping Address

If you need to select an alternate delivery address you can do this via your MuscleFood Account.

Simply log in and click the Future Deliveries option on the left hand menu.

Once you have done this, select View the Contents and choose an alternate address from the Shipping Address at the end of the order page.  Your new address, however, must be registered in your Address Book prior to you changing it.

You can also check the address to which your order will be dispatched here too.

Please note; if you need to change your address, you must make the change while your order is in the Future Deliveries section.  As soon as your order has started to be processed we are unable to make any changes.

If you do make a change and the green Confirm Order button appears, be sure to click it to guarantee the alterations are accepted.

How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password is simple and straightforward – all you need to do is log into your MuscleFood account!

Once you’ve logged into your account, your account dashboard will appear on screen.

Here you will be able to see all of your personal details including your Referral Code, Loyalty Points, Addresses, Payment Methods and Contact Information.

Should you wish to change your password, simply scroll to the Contact Information section in Account Information.

Below your contact details you will see Change Password below your contact information.

How do I earn MuscleFood Loyalty Points?

Earning your points is simple! In fact, there’s a whole host of ways you can do so, for instance:

  • Refer a friend
    In your account area you’ll find a unique Hidden Offer Code and URL.  All you have to do is share this code with your nearest and dearest and as soon as they use it, you’ll receive 500 points.
  • Write a review
    Sharpen those pencils, or rather just head to your keyboard, and write a review on any of our products for 10 loyalty points (max. 50 reviews)!  Make sure you’re logged in though…
  • Buying from MuscleFood
    This is by far the tastiest option.  For every pound you spend on qualifying MuscleFood products, you’ll receive 1 point.  There’s even triple and double point days and weekends too…

What is my current loyalty points balance?

You can view your current loyalty points balance by logging onto your MuscleFood account.

Once logged on select the My Loyalty Points tab on the left.

Here you will be able to view your most recent loyalty point statistics.

How can I redeem my loyalty points?

Redeeming your points against qualifying MuscleFood Products is simple, and can be done as you order!

Simply:

  • Log on
    First of all, log onto your MuscleFood account to check out just how many points you have.  Simply click the “My Loyalty Points” for your total.
  • Create your order
    Have a rummage about the MuscleFood site and fill your basket with all your meaty essentials and supplements as you normally would.
  • Checkout
    At checkout, you will spy a link for you to use your loyalty points, click this and…
  • Take your pick
    A new window will appear showcasing all the latest loyalty products you can use your points for.  Once you’ve decided what to choose, click “add to basket.”
  • Wait for your order
    There’s nothing left for you to do now except wait or your order to land on your doorstep on your chosen delivery date.

We update these qualifying products frequently so be sure to keep an eye on the list for the latest, leanest and tastiest meats, treats and supplements.

Can I send referral invites to my friends?

At MuscleFood we recognise that working out is almost always better when with friends - always someone there to keep a watchful eye on your technique as well as to help with an extra heavy weight, if needed, of course!

So that’s why we developed our brilliant Refer a Friend scheme.

When you refer a friend, you will automatically receive (£5) 500 loyalty points the person you recommend will have a choice of receiving 4 free chicken breasts, 4 free packs of protein crisps a high protein ready meal or a free loaf of Protein Bread!

To find out how to share your personal referral code with your friends, simply log onto your MuscleFood Account and select the Refer Friends tab on the left.

Here you will find your unique referral code and links to share with your friends.

Please note; your 500 loyalty points will only be credited to your account once your friend’s order has been completed.

My referral card doesn’t have a code…

Your referral cards are for you to give your friends and family so they too can enjoy to benefits of MuscleFood but you will need to add your Referral Code to the card before you pass them out.

You can find your Referral Code in your MuscleFood Account and on the paperwork you received with your order.

Why should you give out your code?  Well, for each new customer you refer that uses your code you will receive 500 Loyalty Points, which you can use to claim qualifying products on future orders!

Please note; your Referral Points will only be awarded as soon as an order is dispatched and marked as complete.

I can’t place an order…

If you are having trouble placing an order, simply contact our Customer Support Team by filling out the form at the bottom of this page and leaving a contact telephone number.

A member of our Customer Support Team will get in touch with you as soon as possible to investigate the issue for you.

Multiple payments have been taken from my account – what should I do?

In the unlikely event that your payment has been more than once from your account please contact out Customer Support Team directly who will work with you to resolve this for you.

Simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page along with relevant contact information and a member of our Customer Support Team will be in touch as soon as possible.

We will need some further information from your to speed up this process so please ensure you have all your payment details to hand when you contact us.

I am awaiting a refund, when will I receive it?

Your refund should be credited to your account or card used to place the order and will be visible in your account within 7 working days of the credit being made.

Should the refund not appear in your account in this time, please contact our Customer Support Team via the form below detailing your concern and contact telephone number.

A member of our Customer Support Team will get in touch as soon as possible to rectify the issue for you.

How do I close my account?

First of all, we’d be really sad to see you go! We welcome your custom and obviously wouldn’t want you to leave but we understand that circumstances change and you may wish to move on.

If you would like to close your account, please contact our Customer Support Team by filling out the form below along with a telephone numbers.

A member of our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible and make all the necessary arrangements to suspend your account.

My voucher code isn’t working…

If you’ve received a voucher code and it is not working when you apply it to your basket, please ensure the code has been entered correctly and is in date.

Please be aware that some of our promotions and codes come with a very strict time frame in which you should make the purchase, if you are attempting to add the code after the timeframe – it will not be accepted.

Minimum basket amounts may also apply so please be sure to check the conditions of the code prior to use.
