Oh you just can't beat a classic cookie for dumping into your morning cuppa and these GORGEOUS morsels from the lovely Courtney Pruce are packed with plenty of wholesome goodness - yam yam!

Method:


  1. Combine the cookies and cream whey protein, Vitafibre syrup and 2 chopped up squares of dark chocolate, (or chocolate chips or a single chopped up Oreo cookie!).
  2. Mix together with a spoon and once a thick crumbly cookie like batter has formed, use your hands to shape it into a ball.
  3. Then squash down into a cookie shape on a lined flat baking tray.
  4. Chop up your Reese’s pb cup and press the pieces into the top of the cookie.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
