5 Ingredient NO BAKE Protein Bars

When it comes to making your own protein bars by hand, it can be difficult to get all of your macros in line… Luckily The Muscle Cook has found a way with this delicious recipe!

  1. In a medium heavy pot, combine the milk, peanut butter and honey over a low heat. Stir all ingredients until they are well combined and warmed through.
  2. Add the protein powder and oats, and then stir to combine it well (if mixture is too thick to stir, simply add a bit more milk).
  3. Lightly grease an 8x8 pan and press the mixture evenly into the pan, using enough pressure to compress the mixture into desired bars.
  4. Allow bars to cool completely and cut into squares.
  5. Drizzle with melted chocolate and let cool if desired.
