These wheat and gluten free noodles not only make cooking noodle based dishes simple but they’ll add a hefty protein punch too…

How?

Well, they’re made from 100% organic buckwheat, a plant known for its high fibre and protein content as well as other minerals and vitamins such as magnesium.

In fact, in a 50g serving of these healthy and delicious noodles you’ll receive 7g of natural protein as well as 29g of low GI carbs helping you regulate blood sugar levels and avoid an insulin spike.

A staple of Asian food culture, the humble noodle is considered one of the most nourishing “fast foods” on earth.

Cook them up and serve with stir fried vegetables and strips of succulent chicken for a delicious, quick and satisfyingly substantial meal.

Alternatively why not create yourself a Japanese style vegetable soup with soy sauce and high protein miso.

Did you know: Buckwheat isn’t actually wheat; it’s a seed of broad leaf plant related to the rhubarb family!
