A LITTLE BIT MORE...

Made from just 2 certified organic ingredients – sweet potato and high protein buckwheat – these noodles are delicious and nutritious!

The humble noodle is considered to be one of the most nourishing “fast foods” on the planet and is a staple in Asian cuisine.

Many noodles, however, contain wheat but these healthy noodles are both wheat and gluten free - suitable for those of you on a gluten free diet.

With each 50g serving you’ll receive 7g of protein and 28g of low GI carbs – meaning no dreaded insulin spike – along with a host of body boosting nutrients.

Buckwheat is a unique protein that actively lowers cholesterol and is rich in minerals such as magnesium whereas sweet potato is renowned for being a rich low-fat source of Vitamin A, E and C and is high in potassium.

Sweet potato is also known to aid recovery!

Cook for 5-6 minutes then add to a piping hot wok with some fresh stir fried vegetables, ginger and some lean ostrich fillet strips for an exotic, protein packed and super sumptuous meal post workout.
