    Ingredients: Organic buckwheat ramen noodles 85% (organic buckwheat flour, water), organic white miso 10% (organic soya beans, organic rice, culture: aspergillus oryzae), organic tamari (organic soya beans), organic edamame (green soya) beans 1%, organic shallots, organic spring onions, organic mung beansprouts, organic ginger, organic mushrooms.

  • TIPS

    Shelf Life: 12 months

    To prepare: Bring 1 litre of water to the boil> add one noodle cake per person.

    When the noodles begin to unfold, separate them gently with a fork and then reduce the heat.

    Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are just soft.

    Strain through a colander and briefly rinse with cold water.
