Method:


  1. Add the oats and egg whites into a microwavable bowl and fill with water until there is roughly a 3 millimetre layer of water on top
  2. Add 1 ladel of mix and wait until cooked on one side to flip
  3. Serve up and repeat step 2 until all mix is used
