  • 4 x Wholemeal Pittas
  • 200g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 150g Shredded Lettuce
  • For Your Tzatziki

  • 220g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 x Cucumber, Grated & Squeezed (As Dry As Possible)
  • 2 x Small Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ½ Tsp. Salt
  • ½ Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  1. Put your beef kebabs under your grill for 4 minutes on each side.
  2. Combine all your ingredients for your Tzatziki in a medium bowl and mix until well combined. Taste and adjust your seasoning if necessary.
  3. Quarter your cherry tomatoes and shred your lettuce.
  4. Place your pittas in your toaster when you have 2 minutes left on your kebab.
  5. Take your beef kebabs from your grill, cut your pittas in half and stuff them with your Peri Peri beef kebabs, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and your Tzatziki.
