  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic very small and fry with Fry Light until soft. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a small sauce pan, add the cherry tomatoes (halved) with Fry Light and fry until they begin reducing.
  4. Add the chicken stock, herbs and salt & pepper, and simmer until reduced and the sauce thickens up. Set aside to cool.
  5. In a mixing bowl, mix the mince, egg, herbs, onions and garlic with your hands until combined properly.
  6. Divide the mince into four sections, with two larger sections and two slightly smaller (the bottom and top sections of your burgers).
  7. Follow the instructions on your Stuffz Burger Press and press the bottom section of the burger.
  8. Layer tomato sauce with 50g of mozzarella and fresh basil.
  9. Again following the instructions on the press, seal the top half of the burger onto the bottom.
  10. Repeat for the second burger.
  11. Add both burgers to a tray with Fry Light and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
