Prawn and Mango Curry

An absolutely delicious recipe that's easy to rustle up with amazing macros!

  • 1/2 onion
  • garlic cloves
  • 200g Raw Prawns
  • 1/2tbsp Garam Masala
  • 150ml Low fat Tinned Coconut milk
  • 1tsp Mango Chutney
  • 1tsp Tomato Puree
  • Optional 2tbsps mango chunks


  • Calories: 293kcal
  • Protein: 31g
  • Carbs: 9g
  • Fats: 15g
  • Fibre: 5g


  1. Place a pan onto a high heat and spray with 1 calorie cooking spray.
  2. Once hot, add the onion and garlic cloves and cook until slightly soft.
  3. Toss in the prawns and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Now, add the spices and stir well.
  5. Cook for a further minute until aromatic then pour in the coconut milk along with a tsp. of mango chutney, tomato puree.
  6. Stir well and cook on high until it's whittled down to your desired consistency.
