A stunning loaf packed with taste bud tickling cinnamon flavour, topped with a clean butter icing and crammed with 8g protein per slice – DELISH!

Ingredients

For the Butter Icing

  • 200g Sukrin Icing Sugar
  • 100g olive spread
  • 1/2 tsp salted caramel extract
  • 2tbsp almond milk
  • Chopped almonds and walnuts

Method:


  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees C.
  2. Grease a loaf tin.
  3. Mix in all of your dry ingredients together in a bowl then add in your wet ingredients.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour mixture into loaf tin.
  6. Place into oven for 25/30 minutes.
  7. Whilst that's baking, mix all of your butter icing ingredients together (apart from the almonds and walnuts).
  8. Once cake has finished, take out and let it cool.
  9. Spread butter icing over the top evenly and sprinkle your almonds and walnuts over the top!
