Method:


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease loaf tin with coconut oil.
  2. Whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl until you get a thick smooth texture.
  3. Add in your raisins and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes.
