Prutella Chocolate Cake

A cheeky little chocolaty nibble with an epic 14g of protein per serving and a tiny 1.5g of fat. How's that for a tasty cheat free treat?

Ingredients

  • 2 tins chickpeas drained
  • 4 scoops Muscle Food Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. stevia or sweetener
  • 1 whole egg
  • 200g Prutella split into 100g each
  • Sprinkle of zero calorie icing sugar

Method:


  1. Preheat your oven to 200C.
  2. Add all ingredients apart from 1 of the 100g of Prutella and the icing sugar.
  3. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until a batter constancy. May have to add a little milk if too thick.
  4. Place into silicon tray at 200c for 25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove and allow to cool.
  6. Once cool microwave the other 100g of Prutella for 20 seconds. Spread over the cake and dust with icing sugar.
  7. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy!
