    Without being to graphic, I have always had issues with IBS and could never find a link to any food groups and while stress would make it worse, nothing would make it better. Then read an article about fibre and Psyllium husks and thought it's worth a try, and well it's magic stuff ! You don't need to much and the amount that works for you may be too much for someone else. Now every day I have a tiny scoop of this with my protein oats and I'm full until lunch time and no nasty tummy cramps. Too much can make a lot of wind lol.
    Also when mixed with water it does make a thick slime like substance which is not all that nice, overnight oats or mixed well with yoghurt is good. (Posted on 06/10/2015)

    Add one and a half level level medium scoops (5g) to 300ml of water in your Blender Bottle. Shake and consume immediately.
