Salmon With Chia Dressing


For The Dressing

  • 2 Teaspoons of chia seeds per salmon fillet
  • 1 Teaspoon honey or sweetener
  • Juice of 1 slice of lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar


  • Calories: 575kcal

  1. Pre heat your oven to 220°c
  2. Place your salmon fillets on a lined baking tray.
  3. Whilst your oven is heating up you can prepare your dressing. All you need to do is add all of the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and place to one side.
  4. Once your oven reaches 220°c pop your salmon fillets in and bake for 12 mins (approx 200g fillet) – 15 min (approx 250g fillet) you will need to adjust the time slightly depending on the size of your fillet.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven, transfer them to your plate and spoon over the dressing. I like to serve mine on a huge salad with lettuce, beetroot, tomatoes, avocado and feta cheese.
