For the Brownies

  • eggs
  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • 50g almond flour
  • 60g cacao powder
  • 1 scoop caramel flavour whey protein powder
  • 112g runny honey
  • 70g melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 95g full fat Greek yoghurt

For the Brownies

  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • A pinch of unrefined salt
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 110g pure maple syrup


  • Calories: 297kcal
  • Protein: 8g
  • Carbs: 34g
  • Fats: 14g
  • Fibre: 1g


  1. Preheat the oven to 180c, line a small baking tray with a baking sheet and grease it.
  2. Combine all the brownie ingredients in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the lot into the lined, greased tray and bake on the middle shelf for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through (a fork will come out clean).
  4. While that cooks away, create your sauce by placing all the ingredients into a blender and blend, blend, blend until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  5. Pour over the hot brownies, dig in and enjoy!
