    Origin: Farmed in Scotland.

  • STORAGE & PREP

    Storage: Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack.

    Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking and once defrosted, consume immediately.

    Cooking: 

    Oven - Instructions: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 25-30 mins Loosely wrap each fillet in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Cooking appliances may vary - these are guidelines only. Ensure salmon is thoroughly cooked.
