  • 25g of protein powder
  • ½ a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 10g of oatbran
  • 50g of egg whites
  • 50ml of milk
  • 10g of protein crispies

  1. Simply combine the egg whites and milk and whisk until frothy, add in the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth. Leave the batter to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour a tablespoon amount in to a heated pan. Leave to cook until little air bubbles appear in the top of the pancake and then flip and cook for a further 30 seconds. Continue to do so until you’ve used all the mixture
