Method:


  1. Mash your banana in a bowl using a fork until all lumps are gone.
  2. Add in your oats, egg, egg white and baking powder.
  3. Thoroughly mix until smooth.
  4. Heat a little coconut oil in your saucepan.
  5. Scoop out your mixture and place into saucepan.
  6. Flip over after 1-2 minutes and cook for a further 60 seconds.
  7. Place onto your plate and repeat until all the mixture has been finished.
  8. Place on your yoghurt, dark chocolate, chocolate sauce and marshmallows!
