Ingredients

    Brownie:

  • 1 medium sweet potato boiled and mashed
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey
  • 3tbsp zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 30g egg white
  • 60ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2tsp salted caramel extract
  • Topping:

  • Chopped peanuts
  • Protein snickers (chopped)
  • Cocoa nibs
  • 85% dark chocolate

Method:


  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees
  2. Grease a small brownie tin with coconut oil
  3. Pour mixture into tin, and bake for 20 minutes
  4. Take out and set aside to cool
  5. Drizzle over dark chocolate, sprinkle chopped peanuts, cocoa nibs and place the pieces of snickers on-top of brownie
