Spiced Turkey Burgers

Method:


  1. Toast then blend bread for breadcrumbs
  2. Chop veg until fine
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mince, veg, breadcrumbs, egg white and spices working them together with your fingers
  4. Add a pinch of salt and season by smell
  5. Divide the mix into four portions
  6. Roll each portion into a ball in your hands before shaping into burgers on a flat surface
  7. Lightly coat a frying pan with cooking spray
  8. Cook the burgers over a medium heat for approximately 5 minutes each side or until cooked through
