Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the onion and sausages over a medium to high heat for 8 minutes. Turn the sausages occasionally.
  2. Add the garlic along with the kidney beans and the their sauce to the pan.
  3. Half fill one can with water, swirl and pour into the frying pan.
  4. Give everything a good stir and bring to the boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to a simmer and bubble for 10 minutes until the sausages are cooked through and the gravy reduced.
  6. Season and sprinkle with parsley before serving with mash.
